Privacy, without the fine-print maze.
Plazma Bot uses only the information needed to provide Discord features, authenticate the dashboard, and keep server-specific settings working. This page explains that data in plain language.
Information we collect
Discord account data
Your Discord user ID and basic OAuth profile information when you sign in to the dashboard.
Server information
Guild IDs and configuration values required for the servers where Plazma Bot is configured.
Bot settings
Settings you choose in the dashboard, such as welcome, moderation, logging, and feature preferences.
What we don't ask for
Plazma Bot never needs your Discord password. Authentication is handled through Discord OAuth.
How we use information
- Provide and operate bot and dashboard features you enable.
- Store server-specific configuration so your settings persist.
- Support moderation and security functions when configured by server administrators.
- Diagnose errors, protect the Service, and improve reliability.
Data storage
We aim to keep stored information limited to what the Service needs. Access to operational secrets and credentials is restricted and they are kept outside public source configuration.
Server administrators control many settings stored by Plazma Bot. Removing or disabling features may stop future collection associated with those features.
Third-party services
Plazma Bot relies on services such as Discord for authentication and bot functionality, and may integrate with services such as Top.gg. Their own privacy terms apply when you use those services.
Cookies & sessions
The dashboard may use session cookies or similar browser storage to keep you signed in, remember interface preferences, and protect authenticated requests. You can clear these through your browser, although doing so may sign you out.
Your choices
- Remove Plazma Bot from a server to stop its operation there.
- Revoke the application's Discord authorization from your Discord account settings.
- Request help regarding data associated with your use of the Service.
